Before the installation begins, a technician will arrive at your business. They’ll take a few minutes to learn about your space, current network, and where you’d like the equipment placed so that you get the best coverage. This helps make sure your connection works.

The process starts outside your home. The technician connects your service from the street and carefully brings the line to your house. Any small entry points made are neat and covered, ensuring the work blends in and leaves no open gaps.

The process starts outside your business. The technician connects your service from the street and to your business. A small box (NID) is discretely mounted on the exterior of your business usually where your other utilities enter. A new entry point will be created to allow protected fiber to pass through. Once securely in place, our team checks that the area is clean and your property looks just as it did prior to our arrival.
Smart Inside Placement.
Once inside, the technician sets up the equipment that powers your fiber internet. They’ll place the ONT in the agreed upon spot. The goal is a smooth setup that provides the best connection for your layout. If you opt for Wire 3’s router, an eero device will be installed and connected to the modem (ONT).
