Hands down the worst internet service since dial up! The service is inconsistent. Constantly dropping. They’ve been telling me there’s an issue with my fiber outside the house for over a week and yet it has not been resolved. The only good thing about this company is their customer service reps/techs…They are all very kind and patient. I’m switching back to my slow 100 mps service w/ATT since it was reliable. Wire 3 in Port Saint Lucie is not worth switching from your current internet provider.
A salesman, Randy Davis, came to my door today to talk to me about Wire3. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. What really impressed me was that I had a question about the service in our location and he called his office and waited for them to call back with an answer. Even though that particular service turned out not to be available in our area, I am seriously considering switching to Wire3 for the services they do offer, due to my experience with Mr. Davis.
THE INTERNET IS ALWAYS OUT!!!!If you work from home, DO NOT get Wire3. They are the worst. There’s always interruptions in our internet service and customer service is of no help, they just give you a generic response with no helpful information. Do yourself a favor and just pay for spectrum….
Constant outages - getting emails or texts notifying me of them is nice - but having them for hours every week or 2 is beyond frustrating. Left spectrum because I thought their outages were bad but wire3 is a whole new level. And the speeds aren’t really all that great.
Internet has been down all day. Completely unacceptable, nothing should take an entire work day to fix. And the only thing I get from them is we are working on it. They do not even have the courtesy to offer a credit for their service being down all day. Very poor costumer service. I left AT&T because of all the issues I was having with them (constant price increases and service going down). Looks like I will need to move on from Wire3 also.
Outstanding. Lightning fast and no outages. Well, once I had an outage but it turned out that the dogs had pulled the plug form the power strip while they tried reaching a ball under the tv stand. Can't blame that one on the company. lol
Let me start by apologizing to anyone I convinced to give Wire 3 your business. I should have done a real deep dive into this truly dishonest company. I spent several months spreading positive messages about Wire 3 being a better LOCAL option from Spectrum. THAT COULD NOT BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH. This is a NON LOCAL, PRIVATE EQUITY ASSET. This company waited until I provided a LARGE amount of new customers for them, then they terminated my employment before paying me out, with absolutely no warning (completely against their employer handguide), and now they are refusing to pay wages owed. Why? Because I cared more about YOU, the homeowners. I now have to hire a lawyer, while my wife is pregnant, to fight for the theft of my earnings. Also completely against their employee handbook. It’s just sickening that a company could treat their employees, AND their customers with such little care or regard. We’ll see how long they last as a company before they sell to a bigger one.
My only regret was waiting as long as i did to drop spectrum and get these guys. Havent had a single day , hour, or minute of dropped internet yet. The first couple weeks i was still getting spectrum texts and there was about 10 days they had dropped interent at least when i had this one going. This is why i finally had had enough and man was this worth it. Hiigher speed for same $60 that deosnt increase every year until you complain to spectrum youll drop them to renew the "new customer" cost. Make the change if you use internet, its worth it.
Would just like to compliment the customer care and concern Wire 3 has for people. Had a situation with Superior technologies which I believe they subcontract, and Wire 3 was so attentive and helpful. I’d like to especially compliment Mario Benedith for the way he handles situations. He and his co worker were extremely concerned for what happened on my property and immediately took action to fix the problem. Very professional!
Sales lady keeps harassing my family. I have no trespassing signs to not deal with these people and she keeps ignoring it. Well now the cops are involved. Tell your sales people to stay off private property.
