I've had the pleasure of working with Marshall a couple different times when tech issues pop up in Edgewater, FL. Both times he has stayed the course until finding the issue and fixing it. It was HOT in my garage but he stayed until the job was done. The internet speeds are excellent, customer service is responsive (quick turn around times), and the company shows customers a lot of love. They care. They really care. I can't explain how lucky I feel thanks for customer service and technicians like Marshall. Give that man a raise and his own parking spot!

Wire3 is an awesome deal. You get new and very effective hardware, an Android (not sure about iOS) app (eero) which makes network management easy and you get terrific speeds at a very good price. But the "killer feature" of Wire3 is that they understood how much people hate calling and spending hours listening to music (at best) and commercials (at worst). In fact, you get a human being within seconds! And the competence of the people in technical support is nothing short of superb! None of that corporate nonsense (have you rebooted? have you pressed the "on" button? is your power on? you did something wrong! etc.). They are very good technically (I used to be in IT) and very friendly, never condescending. I think that at least in my county they will bankrupt Spectrum and the rest of them. Let's just hope they keep up their superb customer service (when most others let is slide down the drain). I highly recommend Wire3 without any reservations. They are without doubt the best, at least for the time being!

Wire 3’s product and customer service have exceeded all expectations I could ever have.
Service reliability is excellent, never had any issues. Excellent upload and download speed .Price is very good - (half the price than what I was paying with Spectrum, and about double the upload and download speed)I am very happy I switched to Wire 3.Customer service is very good also.
